Thank you for your support of the 2008 Paris, City of Lights Dinner/Auction, which was held on the evening of May 2, 2008.  This letter is to acknowledge your generosity and express our appreciation for your attendance and/or donation to the Auction.

Thanks to you and others like you the Auction was a great success. A profit of approximately $35,000 was raised in support of our schools, Corpus Christi Catholic Grade School and Gibault Catholic High School. This profit was approximately $5,000 more than the prior year.

All those who purchased an advertisement were recognized in our Auction brochure with their business card or flyer as requested. All those who made a financial donation were also recognized in our Auction brochure under a section entitled “Financial Contributors.” Every individual or business who made a donation of an item or items that were not specifically used as an auction item were recognized in our Auction brochure under a section entitled “In-kind Donations.”  Lastly, every individual or business who donated an actual item(s) was recognized as the donor after the item description in our Auction brochure.  We have done our best to acknowledge every donor and every attendee accurately and without exclusion. We offer our sincerest apologies to anyone who might have inadvertently been omitted. We had approximately 250 guests in attendance for this year’s auction. Each year we encourage our attendees to support the businesses which made a donation.

As we close out this current year we are already entering the planning process for our 2009 auction and hope that we can again count on your support.
